I’m a Fractional Chief People Officer who believes HR should feel more human and a lot less “HR-ish.” After starting my career as a Chemical Engineer (because who doesn’t love a good pivot?), I discovered my true passion: helping people and organizations grow together. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve led global HR and Learning teams at places like Meta, Target, Ameriprise, and Tech Soft 3D, building cultures where people actually want to stay. I’m part strategist, part coach, and part culture geek—equally comfortable in the boardroom and in a brainstorming session about better employee engagement. My sweet spot? Blending structure with soul and turning big ideas into practical, people-centered action.
